A Spring Garden Tea Party
Create high end, tea garden party inspired events for select clients to promote the Harry Winston collections in an intimate setting.
A color palette of baby blues and lilacs will be used throughout the events. These colors pull on the shades of the lilacs, hydrangeas, and forget-me-not florals used on the Harry Winston Garden Tea Party collection’s social media presence.
These events will target press and women starting in their late 20’s and across generations.
Invitation will feature hand watercolored background with elements of lilacs, hydrangeas, and forget-me-nots in silver foil. Envelope will compliment the flower shades. Invitations will be deliver via white-glove with a bouquet wrapped in vellum, for a clean, elevated look.
Cascading florals, in shades of light blue and lilac, adorn the windows and gates of the salon, signifying to guests that they are about to have a delightful and bespoke experience. Building off the decor of the event, Instagram worthy photo opts will be set up in a corner of the salon. These installations would remain after the event to entice visitors to the store.
Guests who opt to drink tea can have their leaves read after for a fortune-telling tasseography session that’s sure to start engaging conversation amongst guests. This activation gives the event a playful element that is evocative of fairy tale tea parties.
A cart laden with fresh blossoms will be stationed at the event Not only will it be a visually engaging photo point, but it will also be interactive. Each guest will have the opportunity to put together a Harry Winston Garden Tea Party inspired bouquet to take with them.
Popsicles with personality - A popsicle station, where guests can dip and decorate their own popsicles. Drizzles, sprinkles, and edible flowers will be offered to decorate with, all matching the baby blue and lilac color palette of the Harry Winston Garden Tea Party moodboard.
There will be two tiers of gifts for guests to take a bit of the event home with them. Guests can receive a set of Laduree macaroons in shades of lilacs and blues. The will be served in flavors such as lavender, earl grey, and rose to tie in the theme of the event. Should you wish to host a VIP event, guests will receive a gift to take a bit of the event with them. VIPs can receive a set of crystal glasses etched with lilacs, hydrangeas, and lilacs.
